Navigating Your Homepage

Welcome to your central hub. This video walks you through the essential modules available on your default landing page to help you navigate efficiently and manage your compliance requirements.

Quick Navigation & Search

• Universal Search: Use the Search and Navigate bar at the top of the page to find any item across your entire environment instantly.

• Template Library: Don't start from scratch. Use the library to access pre-built policies, legal templates, and processing activities to accelerate your documentation.

• Latest Visited: Located at the bottom left, this section allows you to jump straight back into your most recent work with one click.

Personalizing Your Workspace

• Favorites: Customize your dashboard for speed. Click "Add new" on the top right to pin specific modules or individual items (like a specific Processing Activity) to your favorites bar.

• Task Management: View tasks shared with you directly on the homepage. You can navigate to the Task Center or create new tasks from here. (Deep-dive training on Tasks and Milestones is coming in a future course!)

Support & Feedback

• Submit a Ticket: If you encounter an issue or have a suggestion, click "Share feedback" on the top right.

• Details Needed: Provide your business email, a ticket name, and a description. You can also attach files to help our support team understand your request.
