This video supports you in managing your Register of Processing Activities and creating new processing activitie. 

To access your register, navigate to Privacy, and then Processing Activities/Data Mapping. This module allows you to maintain your Register of Processing Activities via a customizable table where activities can be imported, templated, or created from scratch. When building an activity, the interface uses Relation Fields to link data across the platform and provides Suggestions, such as prompting a Data Processing Agreement, based on your selections.

The documentation process covers the entire data flow, from General Information and context to Processed data lifecycles to compliance checks in the Data Protection Principles section. A built-in Pre-DPIA screening automatically flags if a formal impact assessment is necessary based on your answers to nine risk-based questions. Finally, the activity links directly to the Mitigations module to document your technical and organizational security measures.
